For help with Super Tempo Trainer, write to contact@andromedaforge.com. A person reads every message. We answer in English and French, normally within two business days.
What to include
A bug report is far easier to act on with three things: the app version, the iPhone model and iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. Screenshots help. If a session crashed, telling us which mode you were in narrows it down immediately.
Where is my data, and can I move it to a new phone?
Everything is stored locally on your iPhone. There is no account and no copy on our side, which means we cannot recover your history if the app is deleted or the device is lost. Moving to a new phone works through an iCloud or encrypted computer backup of your iPhone, which carries app data across. You can also make a text copy of your data in the app: Menu, then Saved data, then Export my data.
How do I erase my data?
In the app: Menu, then Saved data, then Wipe everything. It erases everything the app stores and cannot be undone. Deleting the app also deletes its data.
An accessory will not connect
Bluetooth accessories pair from inside the app rather than through the iOS Settings screen. If a device does not appear, check that it is charged and not already connected to another phone or to its own manufacturer app: most Bluetooth Low Energy accessories accept only one connection at a time. To use Intiface Central, allow Local Network access for Super Tempo Trainer when iOS asks.
Which languages are supported?
English, Spanish and Russian. The app follows your system language and can also be set independently in its own settings.
How do refunds work?
All purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can neither issue nor refuse a refund on Apple's behalf, but tell us what went wrong anyway, because that is how things get fixed.
I found a security issue
Please report it to contact@andromedaforge.com before disclosing it publicly. We will confirm receipt and tell you what we intend to do about it.
Accessibility
If something is unusable with the accessibility settings you rely on, tell us which setting and which screen. That is specific enough to act on, and we treat it as a bug rather than a request.
